Daphne sureil Halda (2000)

occurs in India, Sikkim (border Bhutan, S-Assam?) / up to 2,5 m tall / bushy slopes and montane forested areas at an altitude between 1200 and 2400 m / evergreen / hardiness not tested / scented / orange-red fruits / one of the Daphne species that is used for paper making / sometimes Daphne sureil is also listed as [ Daphne shillong Banerji (1927) ]

Hybrid with Daphne aff. sureil are: Daphne x ‘Spring Beauty’ and Daphne x ‘White Queen’, both come from Robin White
