Daphne x ‘Kelsey Ann’  breeder Rick Lupp

 

Hybrid parents: Daphne velenovskyi x Daphne petraea   

 

Becomes only 10 to 15 cm high and a bit more in diameter / evergreen to semi-evergreen / hardy, but needs a good drainage / sunny to half-shadowed place / scented / no fruits

keeps compact growth through the influence of the pollen plant Daphne petraea

 

Rick Lupp (former Mt. Tahoma Nursery, U.S.A.) named this cross after one of his grandchildren,

Daphne x ‘Kelsey Ann is best suited for the small rockery or a trough

 

Another hybrid made by Rick Lupp is Daphne x ‘Maisy Larae’
