Hybrid parents: Daphne caucasica x unknown (perhaps Daphne tangutica)
~1,20 m high and wide / evergreen / scented / flowers outside purplish, inside white turning into pink with age / prefers a sunny place / easy cultivation
pollination by chance, two Daphne caucasica seedlings turned out to be hybrids, the plant with more compact growth and more flowers was named ‘Kilmeston Beauty’
