habit 0,3 m height and 0,6 m width / evergreen / scented / no fruits / hardy / prefers a sunny to half-shadowed position in a neutral less chalky soil / flowers twice a year
this excellent new hybrid looks like a large flowered intermediate between Daphne kazbali (rollsdorfii) and Daphne napolitana / flowers have a soft bright pink colour
This hybrid of Daphne cneorum and Daphne tangutica shall have the name Daphne x ‘Vogelsangbachtal’ , it is a forested beautiful valley in my hometown Heiligenhaus, Vogel-sang-Bach-Tal – transl. Bird-sang-creek-valley
Daphne x ‘In Paradise’ is another hybrid of mine, that is named after the little street ‘Im Paradies’ that goes through the valley Vogelsangbachtal.
